What to expect?

What is red light therapy for?
The potential for skin health benefits is attributed to how the light affects collagen production and blood circulation in skin tissue.
How does it work?
Red Light Therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level laser therapy (LLLT), utilizes red light waves between 600-700nm, which gently penetrate the skin. Simply step into our Vitality booth and let our powerful MitoMax red light panels work their magic!
What will this do for my skin?
Red light therapy offers a comprehensive range of benefits, from reducing wrinkles and age spots to improving conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. It aids in diminishing stretch marks, and sun-damaged skin, and promotes wound healing and tissue repair. Additionally, it enhances facial texture, promotes hair growth, improves the quality of sleep, aids in muscle recovery, and reduces acne for overall skin rejuvenation and well-being.
What to wear?
Whatever you prefer! A robe (which we provide), nothing, or fully clothed.
