What to expect?

What is Infrared Light Therapy for?
Infrared Light rays penetrate multiple skin layers, triggering a range of beneficial responses including improved muscle recovery, reduced joint pain (such as arthritis), skin repair, immune support, mood regulation, better sleep, and relaxation. Research suggests potential benefits for individuals with congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and weight loss as well.
How does it work?
Far infrared saunas utilize specialized panels to emit infrared light waves, directly heating the body’s cells and prompting physiological reactions similar to exercise, including increased heart rate, circulation, sweating, and hormone release.

In addition to Infrared Light Therapy, our Halo IR Booth offers chromotherapy by emitting various colors from the visible spectrum to the body’s cells. This holistic approach targets physical, mental, and spiritual imbalances that lead to illness.
What to wear?
Whatever you prefer! A robe (which we provide), nothing, or fully clothed.
